Pastor Sophia Wong has been attending RHCCC since 1981 and takes pride in calling RHCCC her spiritual home. She is married to Jimmy Wong and have 4 children. She received training in criminology, social work, and counselling at the University of Toronto (B.A., M.S.W.), York University (B.S.W.), and Tyndale Seminary (M.Div.). She completed Emotional Focused Therapy training in Louisville Presbyterian Seminary (D. Min.). She is a registered psychotherapist. At present she serves in fellowship and counselling ministries. Pastor Sophia is always eager to go forward by faith. She and Jimmy have led PEACE teams to Kenya since 2010. Pastor Sophia loves to take courses and learn from different therapists. She enjoys running on the treadmill and making time for her family and their pets.
