Pastor Jason Liu was born in Shandong, China and immigrated to Canada in 2001. He became a Christian in 2002 and has attended RHCCC with his family since 2008. In 2013 he enrolled full-time at Canadian Chinese School of Theology, Tyndale Seminary, eventually earning Bachelor of Religious Education and Master of Divinity degrees. He has been serving at RHCCC since 2016 as a pastor in Church Planting and Mandarin People Groups. Before answering God’s call, Pastor Jason had been an accountant in a bank for 5 years, after which he ran his own small business. He and his wife Maggie have three awesome children. Pastor Jason enjoys family time, as well as running, fishing and playing soccer.
