Pastor Crystal Shi was born in Heilongjiang, China. She was baptized and turned into the Lord in 2012 with his husband, Bob, who grew up in a Christian family. She came to Canada in 2018, and was called from God in 2019 to study full-time at Canadian Chinese School of Theology, Tyndale University. At the same time, she and her family have attended the Sunday Worship at RHCCC and began to participate in leading bible study and teaching Sunday school. After obtaining the Master of Theology Studies (MTS) degree in 2021, she has been serving full-time for Mandarin People Groups at RHCCC. Before answering God’s call, Pastor Crystal taught in Chinese universities for more than ten years. She and her husband have a daughter and a son. She enjoys spending free time with her family, as well as making all kinds of delicious food to share God’s love with others.
