Pastor William was born in Hong Kong. He attended Hong Kong Baptist Church when he was 12 and was ordained deacon in 1995. He received his Bachelor of Education in 1989 and Master of Education in1995. He taught high school in Hong Kong for 20 years. Following immigration to Canada in 1998, he was senior master of Columbia International College in Hamilton, looking after international visa students in residence. When he graduated from Tyndale Seminary (M.Div. Counseling) in 2001, Pastor William served as a caring pastor at RHCCC, focusing on seniors and men’s ministry in the Cantonese community. He went on short-term mission to Brazil in 2006 and Cambodia in 2010. He loves sports, movies and travel. He is married to Kitty and have a son
