Pastor Fiona Kan was born in Hong Kong and accepted Christ during her high school years. She continued to study in Alberta where she was baptised and continued her spiritual growth. Upon graduation, she returned to work in Hong Kong. On a trip to the Holy Land in 2000, God called her again into ministry. After two years of evening seminary courses, and further confirmation from God, she entered Hong Kong Alliance Bible Seminary in 2004 for her Master of Divinity degree, majoring in multicultural studies. After graduation in 2007, she joined a mission organization, primarily serving in mainland China. In 2008, she married fellow seminary student Bryan Chan, and moved together to Vancouver in 2009. She helped to set up an overseas office for the mission organization while Pastor Bryan continued his studies at Regent College. She later moved to serving Mandarin people group in church. In 2017, she relocated to Toronto with Pastor Bryan to serve at RHCCC. As part of the church planting team, she focuses on pastoring both Mandarin and Cantonese people groups at Vaughan CCC.
