Dear RHCCC family,

May peace be with you all.

During this pandemic, we understand that lots of the families have experienced different ways of impact and difficulties.  On behalf of the pastoral team, we send our best regards and prayers to you and your family in the name of the Lord.

We have also prepared some guidelines and assistance as shown below. Let’s walk through this wave and overcome the difficulties together.

  1. Do not fear. The Lord is our Rock. The Lord is our Refuge. The Lord is our everlasting Help. “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
  2. Do not feel shameful. You are not the cause of the problem. It is okay to be vulnerable at times. There is nothing wrong to be sick. You are not the only one.
  3. Remember that you are not alone. You are His precious child. “I have loved you with an everlasting love. I have drawn you with loving-kindness.” (Jeremiah 31:3)
  4. You are also part of the RHCCC church family. Reach out to your Small Group and Pastor. We trust in the power of prayer and we will walk and pray together with you.
  5. By faith, we are here to give you a hand; for example, delivering grocery, picking up your prescription, etc. It is a lesson for all of us to learn to trust and receive help from our pastors, small groups, and fellowship committee.
  6. We are here to listen; we are just a call away. It is okay to feel stuck and downcast. “And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore you, secure you, strengthen you and establish you.” (1Peter 5:10) Let’s journey together.
  7. Meditate on God’s Word. Listen and talk to God in prayers.

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you, I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27)

“The Lord is my light and my salvation – whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life – of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalms 27:1)

“Fear not, for I have redeemed you. I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” (Isaiah 43: 1b-2)

“So we say with confidence. The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?” (Hebrews 13:6)

“Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16)
