Pastor David was born and raised in Hong Kong. From a young age, he exhibited talent in music and design. He began following Jesus in middle school and has been attending church meetings ever since, actively participating in small groups and the worship ministry.
With over ten years of experience in interior design, then he was called by God into a full-time ministry and he earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in theology, In 2019, he received a D.Min from Canadian Chinese School of Theology (Majoring in leadership and preaching). His thesis focused on how Chinese churches in various regions use relational leadership to cultivate leader-believers and promote church growth.
In addition to his role as a pastor, Pastor David has had the privilege of serving in pulpit ministry at Chinese churches in different regions over the years. He is currently serving with the leadership team at VCCC.
Outside of his ministry work, Pastor David enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling with his wife in search of delicious food. However, he finds joy in the simple pleasure of a cup of coffee and cheesecake.
