RHCCC 2025 Meeting of Members will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time at Richmond Hill Christian Community Church (9670 Bayview Avenue, Richmond Hill, Ontario). We will continue to use electronic proxy voting. Members are asked to vote on the following motions (For detailed information, please see the linked attachments below):

1. To approve 2026 General Fund Budget of $6,712,084.
2. To approve 2026 Building Fund Budget of $150,000.
3. To approve the allocation of $190,000 from surplus savings for the Phase 4 Building Project.
4. To approve the transfer of $500,000 from surplus savings to support Vaughan Christian Community Church Building Project.
5. To appoint Elvin Wong as 2026-2027 deacon as nominated by the Executive Church Board.

Members will receive their personalized electronic proxy on November 23, 2025. The voting period is from November 23, 2025, to December 7, 2025. The deadline for online voting is December 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time (Canada & US).

The 2026 Budget Question & Answer session will be held on November 30 (Sunday) at 1:00 p.m. at RHCCC in Sanctuary 2 (S2).
