Subject: Error in AGM Motion – Re-voting Info
Dear RHCCC member,
Please be advised that we had to take down the original link to the proxy voting ballot due to an error on the original ballot. The error was in the Chinese name for motion 3c, deacon nominee Sam Sheng Huang.
Out of an abundance of caution and to ensure all members vote with complete and correct information, all votes cast up to this point will be voided. A new voting link will be sent out on May 2, 2022 at 1pm EST, all members are required to vote again using the 2nd link by May 15, 2022 at 1pm EST.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we rectify this oversight.

請各位留意，先前經電郵和電話短信發出的電子投票連結，在動議3c候選執事Sam Sheng Huang 的中文名字發現有印刷錯誤，姓名應為黃勝。
出於謹慎考慮，並希望確保所有會員投票時使用完全正確的資料；之前的所有投票被視為無效，教會將於5月2日下午一時（東岸時間）發送另一個新連結，懇請各會員必須使用第二次發送的連結重新投票，截止投票日期仍維持於2022年5月15日1:00 pm（東岸時間）。
由於這次事件對各會員帶來不便，教會深感歉意，並多謝你們的諒解。
