God Keeps Doing New Things

I joined RHCCC in 2001 as a student and received Jesus as Lord and Saviour the same year. For almost two decades, RHCCC has been my spiritual home, nurturing and allowing me to experience Him through different stages of my life. It was here that I learned to study the Bible, received baptism, and started to serve. Through one of my ministry roles, I met my wife Kristen, and by God’s grace, we are now the parents of a 2-year-old boy, Samuel. Over the years, I’ve been transformed from being introverted to leading small groups and fellowships. Two years ago, God called me to serve the church as a deacon. The Lord has not stopped giving me new ways to experience Him!

For 20 years, I have been loved by brothers and sisters, as well as pastors. They prayed for me and helped me mature through life’s ups and downs. I give thanks that my parents received Christ through the Alpha Course. They’re now baptized and members of this church. To me, RHCCC is a church full of love, grace, power and vision. I am excited to see where God will lead us as a multi-lingual, multi-generational, multi-cultural, and purpose-driven church. I look forward to reaching our next milestone together!

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” (Isaiah 43:19)
