I joined RHCCC’s Ezra Youth Fellowship toward the end of 2011. I’m now chairperson of Elisha Career Fellowship. From my own journey, I find that the growth of young people, especially spiritual formation, is inseparable from good mentoring. RHCCC has rich experience in this ministry of cultivation.
Young adults in RHCCC’s Mandarin Ministry are an energetic group. The church provides them with a Spirit-filled environment to seek the truth and reflect on life’s meaning. When I stood at the crossroads of my career, our marketplace pastor and mentors helped me to understand God’s heart and rely on God in each step of my way. When I sought to understand how serving God related to daily work, they taught me that the workplace was also a mission field where I can respond to God’s calling. My daily walk with Jesus is a lifelong discipline of relying on God. I learn to be molded and used by Him.
I thank all my brothers and sisters who have walked with me, helped me, and encouraged me over the years. Through them, God has told me that when others need help, we are the answer!
