I give thanks every day for what Christ has done in our family! Our journey at RHCCC began in 1989 with my father, who served on the English Ministry Committee, filling multiple roles. He continues to be an active member of the church as part of the Downtown Markham Community.
It’s amazing to see my grandparents, parents, and my children as part of RHCCC. I’ve experienced the love of Christ since I was very young and was called to serve. I see God working through people in our ministry, where the passion for caring for others stems from God’s love. It is inspiring to see small group leaders connecting with each other, being open in sharing their stories and intentionally building relationships.
Jesus speaks to my family in our quiet time through prayer and His word. He also placed people in our lives to walk with us. My friends and family, along with the church, have been significant in encouraging me to stay rooted in Christ. “I can do everything through him who gives me strength!” (Philippians 4:13)
